Is Community really free forever?
Yes — every feature (custom vote options, CSV export, file uploads, collecting payments from your group) is free and uncapped for every group. Pro doesn't restrict any of that; it adds a personal booking page on top.
What does Pro actually get me, then?
Booking pages — your own slotora.app link where people pick a time and pay you directly. That's the one thing Pro unlocks. You also get a discounted platform fee on payments and fundraisers, priority support, and a Pro badge.
Do participants need an account to vote?
No — anyone with the link can vote without creating an account. Only organisers need an account.
How does the platform fee work?
When you take a payment or fundraiser contribution through Slotora, a small percentage plus a fixed amount goes to cover processing — Pro organisers pay a lower percentage on that fee.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — 14 days free, once per account. Your card is collected up front and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel whenever you like from Settings → Plan & billing. You'll keep Pro until the end of your current billing period.
